11×17 Full Bleed Brochures

These brochures are single-paged brochures scored/folded in half. These are the perfect choice for real estate brochures, or any other advertising you may need to do! Our brochures are printed on our standard 12×18 uncoated 80lb cardstock with the option to upgrade to a thicker uncoated 100lb or 120lb cardstock, as well as a coated 80lb gloss cover. These are scored, so there’s no cracking at the spine when folded!

These are Cut-to-Bleed for a true 11×17 brochure with no white border, so your file design will need to account for the cutting. We print these on a 12×18 sheet and cut down.

For the desing there needs to be a 1/8 inch bleed margin per side (1/4 inch total), so the Pre-cut size should be 11.25 x 17.25 with a final full bleed cut of 11×17.
