B&W/Color Prints
Choose from full color or black and white printing on standard 8.5 x 11 (Letter) or 8.5 x 14 (Legal size). We offer the option of single or double sided printing, along with different paper types as upgrades! (Paper upgrades are for 8.5×11 Only. We do not offer paper upgrades for Legal).
Paper Info Descriptions: If the paper type is listed as “Text”, that means it is a copy-type paper, so that of standard copy/writing paper. Gloss Text would be similiar to a magazine style of paper and thin like copy paper. If the paper states “Cover”, that means it is a cardstock and will be much thicker than regular text paper. The higher the number of the paper, the thicker the paper.

*PLEASE ENTER THE TOTAL PAGE COUNT of the document(s) in the “Page Count” line. If your uploaded document is 80 pages, then you would put 80 as the page count in the page count line. If we are printing this double sided, the page count is still 80 even though it’s only 40 physical sheets. We are still printing 80 pages, so the page count never changes. Whatever your digital document page count is, that that is what you will place in the page count line. EXAMPLE: If there are multiple documents uploaded, such as 3 different files each containing 10 pages, then you would combine them and put 30 as the page count. Please contact us with any questions!

11×17 Prints
Full color or B&W 11×17 prints. Whether it’s a poster, spreadsheet, or blueprint, we have a paper option to fit your 11×17 needs! Finishing options include stapling and lamination. If you are wanting a full bleed 11×17 print (full color to the edge), they will need to be printed on a 12×18 sheet and cut down. 12×18 Posters
DISCLAIMER: We are local pick up only and do not offer shipping at this time.
Our 12×18 posters are the perfect choice for music events, art prints, or any other advertising you may need to do. Posters are printed on our standard 80lb matte cover with the option to upgrade to a thicker matte 100lb & 120lb. cardstock. We also offer a coated 16 pt. stock for a more vibrant and durable poster.
Cut to Bleed option available for a true 11×17 poster with no white border. Since printers can not print color to the edge, there will be a white border. Select this option if you’d like the white cut down.
Full Bleed Design Note: There needs to be a 1/8 inch bleed on each side in order to have an exact 11×17 poster, so the pre-cut/file size should be 11.25 x 17.25 with a final 11×17 cut size.
*Keep in mind that if your image is exactly 12×18, part of the image will be cut into since the printer does not print full color to the edge.

Due to supply issues, 100lb uncoated cardstock is the only paper option available for our 13×19 posters.

Invitations
Now offering matching Linen Envelopes! (Additional Cost to Upgrade)
No matter the occasion, you can count on quality invitations printed for your special event. Whether it’s an invitation to your “big day”, a save the date announcement, or your little one’s birthday party, we’ve got you covered! Invitation size is 5″x 7″ printed on our 100lb uncoated matte cardstock with paper upgrade options available! Most orders are ready within 24 hours!
Want your guest’s address printed on the envelopes? We can do that! Just select the envelope printing option, and then upload the Excel file with your guests and their addresses. Addresses will be printed in Black and White. We will also put your return address in the top left corner.
For the file format each item needs it’s own cell in Excel, so the order should be as follows: Full Name/Names of the guest(s), their Full Street Address (including Apt/Unit #), City, State and Zip Code. We have attached an image in the image gallery of how the Excel file should be set up. If you have any questions on this, feel free to give us a call! You can also email us directly with the list after the order is placed if you don’t have it ready just yet. Email it to: print@printaustin.com. Include your order number along with the attached Excel file. You can also email us to let us know which font you would like the envelopes to be printed in. Our default font is Adobe Garamond Pro.
Pricing for the RSVP and Detail Cards are for single sided printing only and are for the standard size of 3.5″ x 5″. If your Details Card and/or RSVP is double sided, you will need to select the option for backside printing, which is now an available option! If they are different sizes, please contact us. RSVP/Detail Cards are printed on our standard 100lb matte cardstock. For different paper upgrades on these, please contact us.
DESIGN NOTES: Please keep in mind that if there is full color or imagery to the edge, the background/imagery will need to be extended out for bleed. Bleed margins are 1/8 of an inch on each side (1/4 of an inch total). Example: a 5×7 card would be a pre-cut size of 5.25″ x 7.25″. If the color isn’t extended, there will be white on some of the sides when cut, so there must be a bleed. The template size would be 5.25″ x 7.25″ to allow for the 1/4 inch of excess that needs to be cut off, with a final cut size of 5″ x 7″. Please contact us with any questions regarding the bleed and for more explanation if needed.

Premium Cotton Invitations
Have your announcement printed on an elegant 100% Cotton paper! With our premium cotton cardstock, your invitations are sure to stand out. Currently we only offer a 110lb smooth Pearl White which has a nice warm color to it. Our premium invitations are perfect for Weddings, Save the Date announcements, birthdays, or any special occasion that requires an invitation. Matching A7 (5×7) envelopes are available as well!* You can also get matching RSVP Envelopes.
Need an RSVP and/or Details Card? Add that to your order! RSVP and Detail Cards are 5″ x 3.5″ and are printed on the color you choose for your invitation to match! For different sizes on the Details, give us a call.

Foiled Invitations
Have your special invitation stand out with our soft touch foil! Our premium invitations have a soft velvet coating that we foil on top of! If you’re looking to have foil over a solid color, or as an overlay on a picture, we can do that! Give us a call to go over the options and design requirements, because the specs are specific to how we do a foil job.
**Foil will only adhere to black toner, so we will need two files for foiling. One with everything NOT being foiled, and then a file with just the foiled image/text in solid black ink. This is a two step process. Give us a call with any questions!

Tri-Fold Brochures
Advertise your services with a nice tri-folded full color brochure! Brochures are the best way to show off your information in 6 different spots of the brochure. Our brochures are printed on our standard 24lb paper, with the option to upgrade to heavier stock. Wanting something a little shinier? Our 80lb and 100lb text gloss is a great choice!.
Printers do not print full bleed, so there will be a white border around the edges. If you are wanting a full bleed brochure, or a different size other than 8.5″ x 11″, we can print on a larger sheet, such as 11″ x 17″, then cut it down to bleed. Choose the “Full Bleed” option below! The cost will increase due to the larger print size as well as larger paper. Please call us with any questions.
Full bleed flyers are excluded from the Rush Fee, so we do not offer a same day guarantee.
