Whether it’s an invitation to your “big day”, a save the date announcement, or your little one’s birthday party, we’ve got you covered! Invitation size is 5″x 7″ printed on our 100lb uncoated matte cardstock with paper upgrade options available! Most orders are ready within 24 hours!

Want your guest’s address printed on the envelopes? We can do that! Just select the envelope printing option, and then upload the Excel file with your guests and their addresses. Addresses will be printed in Black and White. We will also put your return address in the top left corner.

For the file format each item needs it’s own cell in Excel, so the order should be as follows: Full Name/Names of the guest(s), their Full Street Address (including Apt/Unit #), City, State and Zip Code. We have attached an image in the image gallery of how the Excel file should be set up. If you have any questions on this, feel free to give us a call! You can also email us directly with the list after the order is placed if you don’t have it ready just yet. Email it to: print@printaustin.com. Include your order number along with the attached Excel file. You can also email us to let us know which font you would like the envelopes to be printed in. Our default font is Adobe Garamond Pro.

 

Pricing for the RSVP and Detail Cards are for single sided printing only and are for the standard size of 3.5″ x 5″. If your Details Card and/or RSVP is double sided, you will need to select the option for backside printing, which is now an available option! If they are different sizes, please contact us. RSVP/Detail Cards are printed on our standard 100lb matte cardstock. For different paper upgrades on these, please contact us.

 

DESIGN NOTES: Please keep in mind that if there is full color or imagery to the edge, the background/imagery will need to be extended out for bleed. Bleed margins are 1/8 of an inch on each side (1/4 of an inch total). Example: a 5×7 card would be a pre-cut size of 5.25″ x 7.25″. If the color isn’t extended, there will be white on some of the sides when cut, so there must be a bleed. The template size would be 5.25″ x 7.25″ to allow for the 1/4 inch of excess that needs to be cut off, with a final cut size of 5″ x 7″. Please contact us with any questions regarding the bleed and for more explanation if needed.
